PNC Milestones

Apr 1992

Gordon Tees founds Premier Networks Consulting Ltd with a partner from Goldman Sachs.

Sept 1994

PNC move to offices on London Wall to better focus on our target market: the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services sector.

Mar 1996

Tees leads a buy out of fellow management and becomes Managing Director of the restructured PNC (UK) plc.

Sept 1997

Turnover comfortably passes the £1million mark.

May 1999

PNC wins the coveted Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Award. There are 25 employees.

May 2000

For the second consecutive year, PNC wins the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Award.

Sept 2000

Aggregate pre-tax profits pass the £1million mark.  

Nov 2000

PNC achieves a 1A1 rating from Dun & Bradstreet.

Dec 2000

PNC opens prestigious new headquarters on Moorgate.  There are over 40 employees

Mar 2001

Gordon Tees sells his controlling stake in PNC, retires from the company and moves to the USA.

Nov 2005

Tees returns to the UK.  He joins the Open Source Movement and becomes an evangelist for the use of Open Source in corporations.

Sept 2009

Tees returns to PNC as Managing Director to focus on servicing the rapidly increasing demand for Internet Applications and Open Source expertise from UK businesses.
